Service Description

Re-engage the dialogue between mind and body using a variety of tools that engage the senses. These include yogic movement, breath techniques, sound, imagery and guided meditation. We will establish a baseline, learn to listen to cues and signals, and encourage sensitivity to sensations throughout the body. Our bodies store unacknowledged trauma and suppressed emotions. It tries to communicate with us often through pains, butterflies, funny feelings and sicknesses. Wouldn't it be great to understand what it was trying to tell us? Or even have an open communication channel? Living in alignment with our bodies means strong intuition, better boundary setting, increased empathy and self esteem, healthier living and much more.
